Conference Co-Convener

Just take care of my family

Those are the words you hear over and over again if you ask our men and women in uniform if there is anything you can do for them.  They say, “take care of my family”.  That’s because military service isn’t just a sacrifice for the service member but for the entire family.  That’s the reason our organization, Veterans and Military Families for Progress (VMFP), was founded more than 6 years ago.

Completing our Mission: Fulfilling our nation’s responsibilities to those who have served and sacrificed is the theme of this year’s conference October 20-23 in Washington, DC.  With mandatory cuts expected soon to U.S. federal government spending, it is an especially important time for all of those concerned about veterans to come together.

It is time for veterans organizations to present a united effort.  Will you work with us on behalf of our veterans and their families?

For information, contact Tom Howe – President at 563-451-9919 (president@vmfp.org) , or Matt Cary – Executive Director at 202-841-1687 exec.dir@vmfp.org

With a generous commitment of $2,500 your organization will be recognized as a Co-Convener on our website and in all conference promotions and on-site literature.  You will be able to promote your organization from a table in the area outside of the main conference meeting room, and you can send up to 10 representatives to participate in the Lobby Day, our Friday and Saturday evening reception and banquet, and the critical Saturday panel discussions.

If you make a generous contribution of $500, you will still be able to promote your organization from a table in the area outside of the main conference meeting room, and you may send 2 representatives to participate in the full conference program at no charge (includes events listed above.)
